explore principles of dance, movement and performance in the conFUSION core intensive!

This dance workshop is focused on each individual’s own movement language and encouraging them on their journey as a dancer, mover and performer. We will play and experiment with the core principles of ‘conFUSION concept’ and I will offer you tools to explore and expand your movement vocabulary.

It doesn’t matter whether you are a hip hop- head, contemporary dancer, commercial dancer, break dancer, ballet dancer or a body performer of any kind - the focus is on your own individual practise and research so curiosity and an open mindset is all you need - I’ll take care of the rest 🌻
you can either join on both days or only one. the second day includes choreography, so the ones choosing both days will definitely dig deeper ;)
